The driveway serpentines though the extensively landscaped property, down the hillside to the arrival courtyard. The cottage is fabulous with a wrap around balcony on three sides. It is on the upper level above the garage, laundry and gym. There is a fully equipped kitchen with top of the range fittings. There is air-conditioning in the bedroom but not in the living/kitchen space.
 
The living area as well as the well appointed kitchen has a sofa, beautiful table and chairs for eating (dining) and additional comfortable armchairs. There is a flat screen TV with Dish Network Satellite connection. There is a safe to keep valuable belongings and the cottage also has an alarm system.
