PLEASE NOTE that as of fall, 2011, there is construction of a small new home next door to Shans Bungalow, which is anticipated to take about 6 months to complete. The foundation has been laid and concrete block walls are being erected at this time. Right now the crew of about 5 men are working between 3 and 6 pm on weekdays and until 3 pm on weekends. There will be some construction noise and disruption which may affect guests at Shans Bungalow, so the owners are offering a 15 per cent discount on all rentals at Shans Bungalow until construction is completed. By accepting this discounted rental rate, guests agree that there will be no further refunds given and that we will not move them to another villa. if you would like further details on the current status of this construction activity, please inquire, and we'll be happy to obtain the latest information for you.
